Insurance
We are fully insured for employee and public liability. Copies of Certificates of Insurance and worker's compensation coverage will be provided.
Training
All location managers and technicians undergo consistent training, which is undertaken at various levels, from in-house and on-site training to regular manufacturer training seminars.
Maintenance programs scheduling
We will contact you at an agreed-upon time before the service date to ensure that the premises are available and that no building work or other maintenance work is being undertaken that might hinder your carpet maintenance program.
Liaison
Our shift managers write a full report after every visit detailing work completed and undertaken, with a general report on the condition of the carpets and/or carpet tiles throughout the premises, including any comments on the daily spotting and vacuuming.

Maintenance frequencies are tailored to your existing traffic loads to provide a consistently high appearance level to all areas at all times in your facility.
